New User or Vendor Request
This form is to allow users who manage course syllabi, either for vendor content or their district courses, in the Michigan Online Course Catalog. By filling out this form you acknowledge that you have permission from your school district or company to manage the company/district courses.
For District access please note that no access shall be given to parents, students, or teachers or counselors as they do not represent their district’s online course offerings. Access would be given only to the curriculum director or other appropriate individual that is designated by the district to manage the district’s only course offerings.
