Practical Math Part 2
Course Description:
Practical Math Part 2 covers basic math skills, placing a strong emphasis on practice and application. Students will learn math skills for business and consumers, the basics of statistics and measurement, and integers. The course will also focus on problems involving signed numbers and solving equations. In addition, basic geometric concepts, including perimeter, area, volume, and circumference, will be discussed. Word problems are used to relate concepts and practice solutions. In this course, students will learn valuable math concepts that they will use in their daily lives. It is recommended that students successfully complete Practical Math Part 1 or equivalent course work before enrolling in this course.
