Course Description:
Students learn life skills to ensure they can work effectively in a fast-paced, highly interconnected and diverse world. Various topics of study include: Health & Wellness (Importance of Mental, Social, Emotional & Physical Health) Nutrition & Healthy Eating, Alcohol & Tobacco Refusal, and Reproductive Health. Health 7 includes activities to educate and empower students on many different levels. This course is required for all 7th grade students.

Instructor will provide daily, live instruction and also a mix of independent and on demand learning options, in a structured, virtual classroom setting. Students are expected to regularly check school email, reply accordingly, and schedule meetings with instructors, as needed, during on demand time.
