  • Evaluate derivatives using numerical and algebraic methods
  • Interpret a derivative as an instantaneous rate of change
  • Apply derivatives to solve optimization and related-rates problems in geometry, economics, and other fields
  • Use definite integrals to represent the area between a function’s graph and the x-axis
  • Evaluate definite integrals using numerical and algebraic methods
  • Use the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus to relate integration to differentiation
